So much to look at

Today I was riding to the store in my car after a wonderful storm. To the left of me was a break in the gray skies.. the bluest blue and whitest white clouds I've ever seen.
I got to thinking about how this world is so filled with incredible things for us to look at and enjoy.
If I am the hands, feet, eyes, ears of GOD, then GOD was tickled today as we both felt such a wave of joy over the beauty of our handiwork.

Most of us go through the days,weeks, even our whole lives without noticing the beauty, wonder and awe all around us.

Take time throughout the day to BE conscious about all the wonders you can interact with. You're co creating all this ... you know???

Grow Right Where You Are

When I saw this little flower growing in the walk way to my door I was reminded of how often we put off doing things, being who we are.... until later. We sometimes think that life is going to start somewhere, sometime off in the future when we have everything figured out. We put off our happiness and our joy, until that magical far away moment when life is perfect and conditions are what we think they should be.
This little flower grew from a seed that the wind carried from my wild flower bed.
It didn't wait until I had tilled and weeded and fertilized the flower bed to sprout and grow. It didn't think about not being in the perfect spot. It followed it's inner diagram to grow and produce and flourish.

Within each of us as within the seed this plant grew from, is all the potential of what we are. Right now is our life, right now this moment is where we are planted, where we grow from.
No matter the situation you are presently experiencing, you have the potential for growth and flourish. You have only to settle your roots into the ground, reach up for Sun.. and grow right where you are.
